Atmospheric pollution level : Danger

I wake up and wash my face with sterilized tap water boiled and left overnight.
I read a newspaper.
It says that there are 95,671,902 unknown-virus-infected people worldwide today.


7:20

Mom is dreaming of beautiful nature in VR this morning as usual.
We eat allocated meal delivered by drone.
It doesn't taste great but lets us survive at least.
Even it doesn't let us feel hungry for 24hours.
It has been a while since people has started to live without leaving house at all because of air pollution.

8:00

I go out for a run.
The skin is tingling.
There is no one outside.
And of course, I'm the only one who runs outdoor.
That's natural because rain is acidic, soil is harmful, and the atmosphere is filled with countless viruses.
Still I run.
I think it's right to run on my own feet.
The lungs do not rot immediately with this Nike mask.


8:30

Tinnitus is coming.
Blood is also coming out of my nails.
My smartwatch is urging me to go back.
But I stay because I can see a momentary blue sky which appears from the gap of clouds split by regular service drone at this time.
I'm probably shortening my life for that.

I've heard that people had been achieving natural clouds on cloudy days, and the sun shining on sunny days until 30 years ago.
It sounds like a dream for me turning 25 this year.
Mom says that people used to drink tap water in Japan but I highly doubt it.
If I were able to live in such an era even for a day, I would have made any effort for that.

I can't help thinking that people might have been able to notice the crisis even if the last nature had existed there.

I get home, finish my work, and sleep like a log.
I dream of leaves shining with the raindrops.
